SUMMARY:NJCAA Championship Basketball Tournament
DESCRIPTION:The 2008 Temple-Belton Area NJCAA Region V Basketball Championship Tournament will be held again this year at the Mayborn Campus Center on the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor campus March 6-9. The tournament this year is a Tournament of Champions as the Regional Women's Champion last year (Odessa College) and Men's Regional Champion last year (Midland College) proceeded on to win the NJCAA National Championship.   That speaks a lot for the quality of basketball in Region V of the NJCAA which is composed of the Northern Texas Conference and the Western Texas. Conference. The top four teams from each conference qualify for this regional play.
