DESCRIPTION:Ride for a Child is an annual motorcycle rally that benefits child abuse prevention. Registration begins at 8 a.m. and ends at 10 a.m. A donation of $40 per bike is requested.\n\n\n\nThe first riders leave at 8:30 a.m. and ride the back roads to Gatesville for coffee & homemade cookies\, then back on the road to Don Ringler Chevrolet I-35 in Temple then to historic Sandy's Home place.\n\n\n\nSouvenir pins are awarded to the first 600 riders. Free t-shirts for all riders & passengers. There will also be BBQ & live music.\n\n\n\nThe event is sponsored by the Exchange Clubs of Killeen\, Gatesville\, Copperas Cove\, Noon Copperas Cove\, Temple and The Five Hills Chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse.
