DESCRIPTION:Join us for the McLANE CHILDREN'S SPECIALTY CLINIC Open House & Health Fest. Come see our new five-story\, 112\,000-square-foot multispecialty pediatric clinic which features both general and specialty services and physicians in one convenient location!\n\n\n\nOpen House & Health Fest Saturday\, Feb. 8\, 2014 Noon-2 p.m.\n\nInside the new clinic\, located next to McLane Children's Hospital\, 1901 SW H.K. Dodgen Loop\, Temple\n\n\n\n- Educational opportunities through many of our departments and supporting services\n\n- Fun activities for the kids\; including creating a community art piece! We're creating a special commemorative mosaic\n\n- Each child can draw a picture or design on a tile that will be added to the final piece.\n\n- Tours of the new facility\n\n- Give-aways and door prizes\n\n- The first 300 kids will get a stuffed monkey or elephant from our Bud E. Bear booth!\n\n- Refreshments\n\n\n\nOther activities include:\n\n- Healthy snack demonstrations with Chef Anthony Roscoe\n\n- Central Texas Poison Center demonstrations\n\n- McLane Children's Child Life Program\n\n- Get a real plaster finger cast and learn about our Bud E.
