SWARM brings community members into a preselected independently owned Belton business and encourages SWARMERS to spend $10 or more.\n\n	 \n\n	How Are Businesses Selected for SWARM?\n\n	The Belton Independent Business Committee randomly selects SWARM locations\, who meet SWARM criteria\, at the Belton Chamber's monthly Business After Hours.  \n\n\n\n\n\n	Who We Are? \n\n	The Belton Independent business committee (BIBC) is a group of local business owners and residents that are devoted to the economic growth of independently owned business and organizations in Belton. We are community focused and driven with the belief that when locally owned businesses prosper we all gain. \n \n\n\n	Our Mission: \n\n	"To build awareness and continuous support for local businesses while developing a shop local atmosphere with in our community. "\n \n\n\n	Our Goals:\nDevelop awareness of local businesses products and services.\n\n\n\nPromote community involvement in local business growth.\n\n\n\nCreate a continuous support system for businesses.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n	Belton Independent Business Committee\n\n	\n\n	SWARM Criteria & Format\n\n	Criteria:\n\n	\n		\n			Businesses are chosen at random during Belton Area Chamber of Commerce events. \n	\n	\n		\n			Members do NOT have to be present to win. \n	\n	\n		\n			Target Businesses are retail and food.\n	\n	\n		\n			Events will be held on the second Saturday of each month during the AM. \n	\n	\n		\n			Event can be used for current chamber members and prospects. \n	\n	\n		\n			Business must commit to a minimum of 45 minutes for Feedback \n	\n	\n		\n			Presentation.\n	\n\n\n	Event Format: 45 mins\n\n	\n		\n			Introduce our committee \n	\n	\n		\n			State our goals\n	\n	\n		\n			Introduce the business / owners\n	\n	\n		\n			Business information and history presented - by owner\n	\n	\n		\n			Business goals and how the community can support - by owner\n	\n	\n		\n			Q & A Tour (if needed) \n	\n	\n		\n			Shop
