You are applying to be a vendor at the 4th of July Festival on Nolan Creek, please read the following before continuing.
Vendors are responsible for setting up their own booths and clearing their spaces at the end of the day. It is required that you keep your booth open until 3:00pm.
Your setup must fit within the designated dimensions on your application, you will not be permitted to setup if you exceed these dimensions. If you require additional space, you must purchase an additional space, we do not sell partial spaces. (Example: If you purchased a 10x10 space and have a 10x12 setup you must pay for two 10x10 spaces.)
Electricity is very limited and available on a first-come - first-served basis. We only have 120v plugs available. You are responsible for supplying your own extension cords, we will not have those available.
Set up for Food trucks, trailers, and large rigs is on July 4th from 6:30 am – 7:30 am. Staff will not be available prior to 6:30 am to assist vendors to their assigned space. Food trucks, trailers, and large rigs arriving past the 7:30 am check-in time will not be admitted and will not receive a refund. It is your responsibility to arrive on time.
Set up for Regular Vendors is on July 4th from 7:30 am – 9:00 am. Regular vendors arriving past the 9:00 am check-in time will not be admitted and will not receive a refund. It is your responsibility to arrive on time.
Cars will not be permitted in the loading and unloading areas after 9:00am on July 4th. All unoccupied booth spaces at 9:00am on July 4th will be deemed as a no-show and will not receive a refund.
Takedown begins at 3:00 pm. You must pack up, dispose of trash at the designated dumpsters, collapse tents and have everything ready to load before bringing your vehicle in. Vendors are required to have their areas clean and leave the park by 4:00 pm.
FOOD VENDORS are strictly limited to the items listed on the application. The festival committee reserves the right to limit booths selling the same items, food etc.
FOOD VENDORS are required to prepare a safe food handling area in accordance with the Bell County Health Department, the requirements are available on the Festival Application page.
REGULAR VENDORS are limited to items listed on their application. The festival committee reserves the right to limit booths selling the same items.
Sales Tax must be collected and reported. This is required by State Law. Vendors are required to have a Resale Tax ID and pay all applicable City and State taxes for merchandise sold at the event.
The festival committee reserves the right to relocate a booth in order to better distribute like merchandise. The festival committee further reserves the right to remove a vendor booth or merchandise, which exceeds its space or displays/ sells items not listed on the application.
No Merchandise depicting nudity or profanity will be allowed at this event. This is a family friendly private event that is open to the public. Any vendors caught selling inappropriate merchandise will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
The Belton Area Chamber of Commerce or the City of Belton will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, theft, weather, etc. No security is provided for early setups or overnight.
