Description
This is a free workshop for people with chronic health conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, or COPD.
We meet as a group for 2-1/2 hours once a week for six weeks to lean about: goal setting, problem solving, dealing with pain and stress, dealing with emotions, managing medications, working with doctors/nurses, the importance of exercise, doing the things you want to do, and more.
Bring a friend -- family and friends are welcome.
