Book signing with Clyde McQueen's new book, "The Black Army Officer"
Clyde McQueen is a World War II veteran and a 1950 graduate of Prairie View A & M College. He was commissioned a second lieutenant in the infantry 57 years ago and is also a vetern of the Korean War. Information for his book was gathered from the Prairie View A & M University Library Archives, and the military Science department records.Eighteen autobiographies were collected as well as numerous oral histories.
