Building circles of support & community connections

Description

The Aging & Disability Resource Center and Central Counties Center MHMR invite you to a half day training on helping people with disabilities to create meaningful circles of support. We will also explore creating opportunities to build community membership and develop activities based on interests and personal goals. Who should attend? Anyone interested in or responsible for helping people create a meaningful support team and discover ways that help people with disabilities become valued members of their communities.
