Birkholz, MD who is specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He will be
covering women’s exercise requirements, healthy test levels, and
preventive care. Also speaking is Tracey Casey-Arnold, Certified Life Coach
and Wellness Consultant who will be presenting on how to apply
