Description
The Belton Senior Activity Center will be hosting a Health & Wellness Fair on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the Senior Center on 842 S. Mitchell Street in Belton. Screenings for blood pressure, pulse, oxygen, blood sugar, and much more. Educational presentations for health services, vendors for all types of services relating to seniors & their health (home health, hospice, assisted living, memory care, health plans). Information about the Belton Senior Activity Center & the services offered (nutrition & utilities). Door prizes with drawings every hour.
