Leadership Belton is an excellent source for learning leadership skills. The 10-month program features three key elements which include:

Community Awareness Training- Participants visit key locations around Belton and Bell County for a behind the scenes look at non-profit organizations, industrial businesses, government influences and quality of life resources.

Leadership Training- Participants receive leadership training from nationally recognized SOS Leadership Institute.
- Team Building- The class is divided into groups and asked to select a short term or long term project within the community of Belton that ultimately has a lasting impact.
