Description
Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activies. A Matter of Balance is an award-winnning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. The class will be every Tuesday for eight weeks. If you are unable to register for this class please call to find out where and when there is a upcoming class in your area. There are always classes in the making for other locations each month so please call to find more information. Classes are limited so call now to register.
