Mothers Day Brunch May 10th
Starters: A dazzling display of fresh fruit with Tuscan cantaloupe, honey dew, pineapple, and assorted berries Spinach salad tossed in caramelized shallot and sherry vinegar with tangy goat cheese croutons Classic caprese, marinated buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil Classic Caesar salad, with crisp romaine lettuce and croutons Alaskan smoked salmon, served with all of the classic condiments, boiled eggs, chopped capers, chopped red onion, and chopped parsley
Breakfast: Assorted breakfast bakeries, muffins, breakfast breads, and Danish Made to order omelets, all of the classic ingredients and a few that might be new to you Eggs Benedict, with country ham, and herbed hollandaise sauce Apple wood smoked bacon, country sausage links Buttermilk biscuits and gravy Chef made pancakes and French toast with raspberry butter and maple syrup Entrees Carved to order pineapple, ginger, glazed ham Penne a la vodka, with grilled chicken breast Steak marsala, tender steak braised in marsala wine with baby bella mushrooms
Dessert: Bissingers chocolate fondue, with lots of cool stuff to dip Chocolate mousse cups Assorted cakes and pies
