Please join us for the opening of our new, dynamically interactive exhibition focusing on recent findings at the Gault Site. Located in Bell County, the Gault Site is one of the important and prolific archaeological sites in North America. Findings are changing the way we how we understand the people who lived here To date, almost 2,000,000 artifacts have been excavated from Gault. On June 6, view the new exhibit, listen to archaeologist Dr. Mike Collins talk about the exhibit and the site, dig in our simulated archaeology pits, watch a flintknapper, throw spears, and enjoy "Clovis" cookies.
