Taste of Home Cooking School

The Taste of Home Cooking School is coming to Temple! The event will be held at the Mayborn Civic & Convention Center on Tuesday, March 25th. Doors open at 4pm to visit with local sponsors and vendors; presentation begins at 6pm. The event will feature great live cooking demos with top culinary specialist, Jamie Dunn, fabulous recipes and simple entertaining ideas, prize giveaways and a free gift bag for everyone that attends! Every attendee will also receive a free full-year digital subscription to one of three exciting magazines! You can select from Taste of Home Digital Edition, The Family Handyman Digital Edition, or Reader?s Digest Digital Edition. Tickets are available in advance the Temple Daily Telegram, 10 South Third St. in downtown Temple, or online at www.tdtnews.com. A limited number of VIP tickets will be available for $25. General admission tickets are $10. Tickets will also be available at the door. The Taste of Home Cooking School and Don Ringler invites you to join in the Cooks Who Care effort by bringing non-perishable food items to the show on Tuesday, March 25th. All items will be donated to a local food bank and benefit those in need throughout the community.
