Doors will open at the Bell County Expo Assembly Hall at 11:00 am. Music will start at 12 noon and continue thru 5:00 pm. Dinner by “reservation only” will be served at 5:30 pm. The dance will start at 8:00 and last thru 12 midnight. Tables may be reserved for the event.
Fees/Admission
Admission for the afternoon is $15.00. Dinner tickets are $8.50 and must be purchased in advance by March 16th. Dance admission is $12.00. Contact the Bell County Expo Office for advance tickets and group tables, or call 254-939-8390. Visit www.texaswesternswing.com for more information.

Texas Western Swing Showcase
Description
What started thirteen years ago as a small gathering of fiddle and Western Swing fans at the home of Mitz & Nan Ray has grown into one of the premier events for “Texas Born” music in the country. The Texas Western Swing Heritage Association of Belton will host its 13th Annual Texas Western Showcase on March 21, 2009 at the Bell County Expo in Belton, TX.
The assemble of musicians are “Vocalist of the Year” & “Entertainer of the Year” Dave Alexander, Texas native Wade Stockton, six time “Texas State Champion” and two time “World Champion Fiddle” Randy Elmore, four time “Texas State Champion” Wes Westmoreland, two time “Grammy” winner Ricky Turpin, Bobby Floren, and Robert Weeks
