Research shows that how an interviewer conducts interviews has a huge impact on an organization in terms of its reputation as an employer of choice and the quality of hires. This course focuses learners on the responsibility of the interviewer to provide the job candidate with a quality experience and explores the consequences of interviewer behaviors. It raises learners’ awareness of the important role that they play, and equips them with skills to run an effective interview that yields meaningful behavioral data.
