UMHB Summer Swim Lesson Registration

Group lessons consist of 10, 45-minute lessons, held Monday – Friday for two weeks. Session I is May 18 – 29. Session II is June 8 – 19. Session III is June 22 – July 2 and Session IV is July 13 – 24.
Registration may be done in person at the Mayborn Campus Center from 12:00-2:00 p.m. and 4:30-6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday beginning April 6. The Mayborn Campus Center is located on the corner of King Street and Mabee Drive. Each class has a limited number of students, so lessons are based on a first come, first serve basis. You may also mail in your registration form.

Fees/Admission
Private lessons are available for 30 minutes with the option of either five lessons for $80 or ten lessons for $140.

UMHB Summer Swim Lesson Registration
Description
Summer Swim 2009 registration will begin April 6 at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. The university will offer group and private lessons at the Barbara Chaney Natatorium in the Mayborn Campus Center during May, June and July.
Swimming lessons are available for children ages nine months and up. The UMHB swim program follows the Red Cross “Learn to Swim” levels, focusing on water safety skills and swimming fundamentals. Children are grouped by age and current swimming skill level. Students must have a previous level’s certificate before entering the next level or be able to demonstrate all the course requirements for the prior level.
