Description
VeAnne Stowell, local Belton artist and Bell Fine Arts member will teach you how to create a better background for your paintings using several unique techniques. Each participant will create 5 backgrounds and use one to complete a painting. Bring your own watercolor supplies for a painting, 5 sheets of watercolor paper (your choice as to size and weight), and a drawing or photo to use as a reference to complete your picture.
