ACA Expert Presenters:

Helen H. Morrison is a member of Ernst & Young LLP’s National Tax Department. Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, Helen served from 2007 to 2012 as the Deputy Benefits Tax Counsel in the Office of Benefits Tax Counsel for the US Department of the Treasury. She played a lead role in the Administration’s tax-related initiatives on health care reform and the Treasury Department’s implementation of these provisions enacted as part of the Affordable Care Act.

Christa Haas Bierma is also a member of Ernst & Young LLP’s National Tax Department.  She has over 10 years of experience in employee benefit issues. Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, Christa was engaged in private law practice in Washington, DC.
