Come out and create this free craft kit, themed "The Gratitude Journal", capturing thoughts and transitions without a loved one or pet. 

Arts and crafts are time-tested healing tools for PTSD, depression, anxiety, or other conditions. They can even help relieve pain and improve mobility and fine motor skills. Therapeutic craft kits are offered free of charge for veterans, in-home and at community craft centers. The kits use recycled and sustainable materials, promote healing, and show our veterans that we remember and care about them.
