Part-Time Maintenance/Porter

Job Description:
 
This position will be responsible for providing maintenance and porter duties as directed by the Community Director, including, but not limited to: changing air filters, light bulbs, appliance repairs, grounds cleaning, light plumbing, light electrical, sheetrock repair and painting among other things.  Every task should be completed professionally while fostering a strong sense of connection within the community. Below are general key responsibilities and qualifications, as well as a timeline for expected duties.
 
General Responsibilities & Guidelines:
 

• Provide timely feedback to the Community Director and complete tasks as assigned
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the maintenance program
• Keep records and detailed log of maintenance requests and repairs
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and residents
• Respond timely to emergency calls during off hours
• Must be punctual and work assigned hours (i.e., arrive on time; leave on time)
